Yesterday Tim,Libby,Holly and my self attended a day at the Edgar Center hosted by the Heart Foundation.

World champion Peter Nestler from America taught us all to skip many different ways. We learn't backwards cris cross, under over ,a flick back and many more tricks we hope to be able to share them with the pupils for the jump rope for heart programme we are having at school soon.

Peter talked about what makes a world champion, his experiences and demonstrated his extraordinary jump rope moves.

We also learnt about healthy eating and ways to look after our heart. He highlighted the importance of eating a good breakfast and lunch to be able to do well at school.
